Kill Stitch: Welcome To Dreamworld
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
After a bizarre dream about a mythical council telling her she's been "chosen" for a painful destiny, Sute wakes up in an uncanny version of the world she's used to. The architecture is familiar, but the sky is wrong, the physics are broken, and a gang of thugs is trying to carve her eye out.
Enter Neaty.
KILL_STITCH is a lightning-fast, 2D character action brawler. Step into the shoes of Neaty, a hyper-agile fighter tasked with protecting Sute from the Dreamworld; a fractured purgatory ruled by warlords and fueled by reality-bending "Sclara" abilities.
The floor is optional. Learn the rules of the city fast, or don't survive at all.
THE DEMO:
• Airborne Combat: Launch enemies, juggle them with your abilities, and string together massive combos. The combat is built on speed, momentum, and seamless transitions into rail-grinding.
• Chase the S-Rank: We grade your runs based on Style, Damage Taken, and Time. Master your parries and dashes to perfect your score.
• A Dream-Punk Narrative: Experience the jarring shift from a quiet dorm room into a hostile urban nightmare.
• The Prologue: Fight your way from the back alleys to the train station. Just don't get too comfortable. In this city, peace is usually just a setup for an ambush.

Hey, Been following the clothes stuff for a few years got the zine and was hyped for the game then followed the insta and tiktok and found the itch.io and have played.
I Downloaded the version im playing on the 2 of march
What was great:
- Soundtrack is really fucking good man
-I Loved the combat felt smooth and very interactive
-story was great and art style was awesome, especially the cut scenes
Improvements that could be made:
-I really liked the start screens style and artwork, but was confused if it was a loading menu and felt quite difficult to use.
- The text being clearer would be great seems the other comment knows more about the backend for why it looks like it.
- Text speed option would be awesome
-i noticed i walked into the bed after changing from the clothes pile, seems something might be off with the colliders.
- Adding more emphasis on each hit in the fights could be great it would improve ux by a lot.
- Clearer controls on the guide could be good maybe a menu to switch between controller types could make it clearer for the user.
- more emphasis on being hit would be great too.
- Version name on each file upload of the game would be great too as i dont know what version of the game im running.
- Maybe an enemy type catalog would be helpful aswell.
- i liked the dash on neaty but i feel it could be improved by holding down shift for setting the duration of it as it would give more control on the character and create smoother fighting dynamics.
These are some of the things i picked up from playing, im sure some of my ideas are planned to implemented further down the development process but happy giving feedback, hope this helps :)
tysm for the feedback. soundtrack is all original and we had a blast making it. defo going to be adding more emphasis/feedback for actions during combat because it does get hectic. i like the idea of an enemy catalogue aswell. what did you find confusing about the controls on the guide? would love to hear more so we can work on changing it! once again, thanks for playing and thanks even more for sharing the feedback.
Specifically I liked the sections for each mode of play that was great, but it was mainly having to scroll down with the text and having to figure out one by one what each move did with also the controller inputs there too without a consistent format I.e.
Move:
Controls
it was more like
Move: con
trols
I had a couple mishaps because of it I thought one keyboard control was using the key x but that was with the controller.
Been following the tiktok for a while so excited to try the demo, only done up to end of stage 1 for now but here's my honest running thoughts as I went through:
thanks for playing! appreciate the love on the artwork <3 heard a couple bits about the text being hard to read so we'll defo look at changing that asap. do you have any more info about what happened when you had the bug with the guide? we gotta investigate that
otherwise tysm for the feedback. hope you'll play again in the future :)
